Service Pack 5B is available for Tapeware 6.2
Service Pack 3A is available for Tapeware 6.3 (strongly recommended to install this service pack in case the ADR2.ide drive is used in combination with NetWare and for the ADR2.60usb drive)  http://www.tapeware.com/download.asp
Veritas does not make service packs but works with update files and patches.

CA works with separate patches which can be found at:

  Dantz works with service packs and calls them RDU (Retrospect Driver Update), these can be found at: http://www.dantz.com/support/updates.html
Latest RDU is version 3.5
Updates for Native MS Backup are included in the normal Service Packs that are mentioned above. Native MS backup issues are frequently solved by installation of the latest service pack.
